The unit also features a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The living/dining area features a leather sofa and dining are for 4. There is also a breakfast/bar area in the kitchen with bar stools for three persons. The upstairs bedroom also features a bar-size refrigerator. The kitchen, living/dining area, master bedroom, second bedroom, laundry room and balcony are located on the lower level. The third bedroom and terrace are located on the upper level. Please note that the lower and upper levels of the 3 BDRM penthouse are connected by outdoor spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for small children and persons with mobility concerns.
