Does The Atrium offer transportation to and from Providenciales International Airport? | The Atrium does not offer transportation. Guests can take a taxi or rent a car. It is strongly recommended to rent a car if visiting. |
Does The Atrium have any deals with car rental companies? | Yes, we have an arrangement with one of the top car rental companies and they extend our guests discounted rates. It is recommended for guests to send us an email if they are interested in renting a car, that way we can put them in touch with the company to ensure the discounted rate is extended to them. |
Are there any restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping within walking distance? | Most restaurants, grocery stores, shops, etc. are a short three to ten minute drive from the property. It is strongly recommended to rent a car while staying with us. |
Are there any restaurants onsite at The Atrium? | There are no restaurants onsite. There is only a shop/convenience store and a private chef who offers take-out/delivery catering, and can deliver food to the rooms. The convenience store and private chef are independently operated. Please contact them directly for hours of operation and availability. |
Is the front desk open 24 hours per day? | The front desk is staffed during the day only. Security is available after hours for emergency assistance and for late check-ins. It is recommended that guests who will be checking-in late notify us in writing via email in advance of their day of arrival. |
What is required to check-in/register at the front desk? | Must be at least 21 years of age to check-in with a valid original photo ID. |
Is there free parking onsite? | Yes, there is free parking onsite. |
How far is the nearest beach access? | Leeward Beach, which is an extension of Grace Bay Beach, is approximately six to ten minutes walk from the property. Loungers and umbrellas are set up daily for registered guests. Beach towels are also provided and located inside the rooms. |
Are the beach loungers and umbrellas free to use? | Yes, the loungers and umbrellas which are set up by The Atrium are free for registered guests to use. All Atrium loungers have a sticker on them which indicate that loungers are for registered guests of The Atrium only. |
Does The Atrium offer transportation from the property to Leeward Beach? | Yes, the property has an electric golf cart which runs during the day to take registered guests to the nearby beach access as a complimentary amenity. The golf cart is subject to the schedule posted, terms and conditions listed at the front desk door. |
Can The Atrium transport guests on the golf cart anywhere else on the island? | No, The Atrium golf cart strictly drives from the property directly to the Leeward Beach access and back. There are no stops along the way and the golf cart cannot be redirected to any other destinations. |
Does The Atrium offer any all-inclusive rates/packages? | No. The Atrium is not an all-inclusive property. |
Is daily housekeeping included in the stay? | Rates are for the room only, and do not include any meals or housekeeping during the stay. Units are prepared for arrival and cleaned after departure. A starter kit only of supplies is provided. If a guest would like housekeeping during the stay, including fresh linen/towels and additional/replenishment of supplies (i.e. soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.), this can be arranged for an additional fee. |
What is included in the starter kit? | Coffee, tea, sugar/sweetener, creamer, bottled water, paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cleaning tablets, and a dish sponge. |
Is there a washing machine and clothes dryer in all rooms? | Yes, all room categories, including studios, feature a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer. |
What is the size of a studio? | Each studio is 355 to 388 square feet. |
Does the studio feature a full kitchen, patio/balcony, and views? | The studio unit features a kitchenette (not full kitchen), with a bar-size refrigerator, two-ring stove (no oven), bar-size dishwasher, sink, and microwave. The studio room category does not feature a patio/balcony. Also, studios do not feature any views. |
If I book a studio and want to upgrade to a one bedroom unit, is that possible on the day of check-in? | Yes, it is possible, however it is subject to availability and an additional (upgrade) fee. We advise guests to inquire about upgrades in advance/as soon as possible if they have this in mind. |
Is there a communal BBQ onsite? | There is no communal BBQ onsite. |
Is there a bar onsite? | There is no bar onsite. |
What is the layout of the three bedroom two-storey penthouse unit? | The main level features the kitchen, living/dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and balcony. The upper level features the third bedroom, third bathroom, and terrace. Please note that the lower and upper levels are connected by outdoor spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for small children and persons with mobility concerns. |
What is the layout of the four bedroom two-storey penthouse unit? | The main level features the kitchen, living/dining area, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two laundry rooms, and balcony. The upper level features the fourth bedroom, fourth bathroom, and terrace. Please note that the lower and upper levels are connected by outdoor spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for small children and persons with mobility concerns. |
Are rooms wheelchair accessible? | While the property does feature ramps and elevators to enter buildings, rooms are not wheelchair accessible. For example, a wheelchair would not be able to slide into a bathtub or shower (i.e. a person in a wheelchair would have to stand up from the wheelchair in order to enter a bathtub or shower) and there are no bars to hold onto in bathrooms. |
Are pets permitted? | Pets are not permitted in rental units and the property has a general no pet rule. |
